1. القبول بالشروط
يعني استخدامك لمنصة Cliprz Store (وتُعرف أيضاً باسم SqlSync Store) موافقتك على هذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق عليها، الرجاء عدم استخدام المنصة.
2. وصف الخدمة
Cliprz منصة SaaS متعددة المستأجرين تربط أنظمة المحاسبة المحلية (مثل الأمين والبيان والسهل) بمتجر إلكتروني يُنشأ تلقائياً لكل تاجر، عبر برنامج وكيل (Agent) يعمل على جهاز التاجر ويقرأ بيانات قاعدة بيانات المحاسبة محلياً. قد تشمل الخدمة أيضاً، عند تفعيلها، ربط المتجر بصفحة Facebook للنشر التلقائي والرد على التفاعلات.
3. حساب التاجر ومسؤولياته
- التاجر مسؤول عن دقة بيانات المنتجات والأسعار المعروضة، وعن التزامه بالقوانين المطبقة على نشاطه التجاري.
- التاجر مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخوله للوحة التحكم، وعن أي نشاط يتم من خلال حسابه.
- التاجر مسؤول عن تشغيل برنامج الوكيل (Agent) بشكل صحيح على جهازه لضمان تزامن البيانات.
4. الاشتراك والفوترة
تُقدَّم الخدمة عبر خطط اشتراك وميزات إضافية اختيارية. تفاصيل الأسعار والميزات المتاحة تظهر داخل لوحة تحكم التاجر وقد تتغير مع تطور المنصة، مع إشعار التاجر بأي تغيير جوهري قبل تطبيقه.
5. الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع استخدام المنصة لبيع منتجات غير قانونية، أو نشر محتوى مخالف لسياسات المنصات التي يتم الربط معها (مثل معايير مجتمع Facebook وسياسات منصة Meta)، أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به لأنظمة المنصة أو بيانات تجار آخرين.
6. تكامل Facebook / Meta
عند ربط التاجر لصفحة Facebook، فهو يوافق أيضاً على شروط خدمة Meta وسياسات منصتها، ويتحمل مسؤولية المحتوى المنشور من خلال حسابه. يمكن للتاجر فصل الربط في أي وقت من إعدادات المتجر.
7. الملكية الفكرية
تبقى حقوق ملكية منصة Cliprz وكودها وتصميمها لصاحب المنصة. تبقى حقوق بيانات ومحتوى التاجر (منتجاته، صوره، نصوصه) ملكاً له، ونستخدمها فقط لتقديم الخدمة.
8. حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" دون ضمانات بعدم انقطاعها بشكل كامل. لا تتحمل Cliprz مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدام المنصة، بما يشمل انقطاع مؤقت في المزامنة أو في تكامل Facebook خارج عن إرادتنا.
9. إنهاء الخدمة
يمكن للتاجر إيقاف اشتراكه في أي وقت. يمكن للمنصة تعليق أو إنهاء حساب يخالف هذه الشروط، مع إشعار التاجر عند الإمكان.
10. القانون المطبّق
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في مكان تسجيل نشاط التاجر، ما لم يُتفق كتابياً على خلاف ذلك.
11. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط عند تطور الخدمة أو المتطلبات القانونية. يُنشر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى هذه الصفحة، ويُعتبر استمرار استخدام المنصة بعد التحديث موافقة على الشروط الجديدة.

1. Acceptance of terms
Using the Cliprz Store platform (also known as SqlSync Store) means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of the service
Cliprz is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that connects local accounting software (such as Al-Ameen, Al-Bayan, and Al-Sahl) to an automatically provisioned online store for each merchant, via a Windows Agent that runs on the merchant's own machine and reads the accounting database locally. When enabled, the service may also connect the store to a Facebook Page for automated publishing and reply handling.
3. Merchant account and responsibilities
- The merchant is responsible for the accuracy of displayed product and price data, and for complying with laws applicable to their business.
- The merchant is responsible for keeping their admin panel credentials confidential and for activity conducted through their account.
- The merchant is responsible for keeping the Agent running correctly on their machine so data stays synchronized.
4. Subscription and billing
The service is offered through subscription plans and optional add-on features. Pricing and available features are shown in the merchant admin panel and may change as the platform evolves; merchants are notified of material changes before they take effect.
5. Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to sell unlawful products, publish content that violates the policies of connected platforms (including Facebook Community Standards and Meta Platform Policies), or attempt unauthorized access to platform systems or other merchants' data.
6. Facebook / Meta integration
When a merchant connects a Facebook Page, they also agree to Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policies, and are responsible for content published through their account. The merchant may disconnect the integration at any time from their store settings.
7. Intellectual property
The Cliprz platform, its code, and its design remain the property of the platform owner. The merchant's own data and content (products, images, text) remain their property; we use it only to provide the service.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Cliprz is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform, including temporary interruptions in synchronization or in the Facebook integration outside our control.
9. Termination
Merchants may cancel their subscription at any time. The platform may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice to the merchant where possible.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the merchant's business is registered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements evolve. The effective date is shown at the top of this page, and continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
