ما هو وكيل Cliprz للمزامنة؟
برنامج لنظام ويندوز يثبّته التاجر على الجهاز الذي يصل إلى قاعدة بيانات برنامجه المحاسبي (SQL Server). يقرأ بيانات الأصناف ويرسلها إلى متجر التاجر على Cliprz، فتبقى الأسعار والكميات في المتجر مطابقة لما في البرنامج المحاسبي دون إدخال يدوي.
ما البرامج المحاسبية المدعومة؟
البيان والأمين حالياً، إضافة إلى وضع يدوي يحدد فيه التاجر الجداول والأعمدة بنفسه. وCliprz منتج مستقل، غير تابع لأي من الشركات المطوّرة لهذه البرامج ولا معتمد منها، وأسماؤها تُذكر لبيان التوافق فقط.
ما البيانات التي يقرؤها الوكيل؟
في الوضع التلقائي: اسم الصنف ورمزه وباركوده وتصنيفه ووحدته وعلامته التجارية، وأسعار البيع بمستوياتها، وأسعار التكلفة، والكميات المتوفرة، والعملات وأسعار الصرف اللازمة لاحتساب الأسعار. وفي الوضع اليدوي: الجداول والأعمدة التي يختارها التاجر فقط. ولأن هذا الوضع قد يسمح باختيار بيانات خارج نطاق الأصناف، لا يحفظ الوكيل أول ربط يدوي إلا بعد أن يقرّ التاجر بذلك صراحةً.
ما البيانات التي لا يقرؤها؟
في الوضع التلقائي، لا يقرأ الوكيل القيود المحاسبية أو الأرصدة أو الفواتير، ولا بيانات العملاء أو الموردين أو الموظفين أو مستخدمي البرنامج المحاسبي.
هل يعدّل الوكيل أي شيء في برنامجي المحاسبي أو قاعدة بياناته؟
لا. يقتصر الوكيل على استعلامات القراءة (SELECT)، فلا يضيف بيانات ولا يعدّلها ولا يحذفها، ولا ينشئ أو يعدّل أي جدول أو إجراء أو دالة أو مشغّل. ولا يعدّل ملفات البرنامج المحاسبي ولا يفك ترجمتها. وتُبنى الاستعلامات داخل الوكيل نفسه على جهازك، ولا يستقبل الوكيل من خوادم Cliprz أي استعلام لتنفيذه على قاعدة بياناتك.
هل يحتاج الوكيل إلى تشغيل برنامجي المحاسبي أو إلى ترخيصه؟
لا. يتصل الوكيل بخادم قاعدة البيانات مباشرة، ويعمل حتى لو كان البرنامج المحاسبي مغلقاً، ولا يتعامل مع أنظمة الترخيص أو الحماية الخاصة به.
كيف يتصل الوكيل بقاعدة البيانات؟
بالطريقة التي يختارها التاجر: إما بصلاحيات حساب ويندوز الذي يعمل عليه، وإما بحساب SQL Server يُدخل التاجر بياناته بنفسه. ولا يستخرج الوكيل أي كلمة مرور أو بيانات اتصال من البرنامج المحاسبي أو ملفاته أو إعداداته.
هل تصل كلمة مرور قاعدة البيانات إلى Cliprz؟
لا. بيانات الدخول إلى قاعدة البيانات، بما فيها اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور، لا تُرسَل إلى خوادم Cliprz ولا تُخزَّن عليها. وتبقى محفوظة على جهاز التاجر مشفّرةً بآليات الحماية في نظام ويندوز.
كيف تنتقل البيانات إلى Cliprz؟
عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) فقط. واعتباراً من الإصدار 2.2.0، يرفض الوكيل أي عنوان خادم لا يستخدم HTTPS.
ما المعلومات التقنية التي يرسلها الوكيل غير بيانات الأصناف؟
المعلومات اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة فقط: اسم الجهاز كما يحدده التاجر عند الربط، وبصمة مشفّرة للجهاز لا تتضمن قيم مكوّناته الأصلية، ورقم إصدار الوكيل، ومعرّف مشفّر لمصدر البيانات لا يتضمن اسم الخادم أو اسم قاعدة البيانات، وحالة الاتصال والمزامنة، وبيانات موافقة التاجر على الاتفاقية. ولا يرسل الوكيل اسم مستخدم ويندوز، ولا اسم خادم قاعدة البيانات أو اسم قاعدة البيانات.
كيف يتحدّث الوكيل؟
يتحقق الوكيل دورياً من توفر إصدار جديد عبر خوادم توزيع إصدارات Cliprz على منصة GitHub، دون إرسال أي معلومات تعريفية عن التاجر أو جهازه. ولا يُثبَّت أي تحديث إلا بعد أن يطلبه التاجر ويوافق عليه نظام ويندوز. واعتباراً من الإصدار 2.3.0، يتحقق الوكيل قبل التثبيت من التوقيع الرقمي لـ Cliprz على التحديث، ويرفض أي تحديث غير موقّع أو معدّل أو أقدم من الإصدار المثبّت.
هل يرفع الوكيل سجلاته إلى Cliprz؟
لا. ينشئ الوكيل سجلات فنية على جهاز التاجر عن حالة الاتصال والمزامنة والأخطاء، ويحذفها تلقائياً بعد 14 يوماً. ولا تتضمن كلمات المرور، ويُحجب منها اسم المستخدم في رسائل أخطاء الدخول. ولا تصل هذه السجلات إلى Cliprz إلا إذا شاركها التاجر بنفسه مع فريق الدعم.
هل يرى زبائن متجري أسعار التكلفة؟
لا. تُستخدم أسعار التكلفة داخل لوحة تحكم التاجر فقط، ولا تُعرض لزبائن المتجر، إلا إذا اختارها التاجر بنفسه أساساً لسعر البيع.
متى يبدأ الوكيل بقراءة البيانات؟
بعد موافقة التاجر على الاتفاقية فقط. يعرض الوكيل الاتفاقية قبل أي اتصال بقاعدة البيانات، ويسجّل عند الموافقة رقم إصدار الاتفاقية ووقت الموافقة وبصمة النص (SHA-256)، ويُحفظ السجل نفسه مع بيانات الجهاز في حساب المتجر. وعند تعديل الاتفاقية مستقبلاً، يطلب الوكيل موافقة جديدة.
من يملك البيانات؟
التاجر. فمحتوى قاعدة البيانات ملك صاحبه، ولا تمتد إليه الحماية المقررة لقواعد البيانات وفق المادة 2/ب/10 من قانون حماية حقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة السوري (المرسوم التشريعي رقم 62 لعام 2013). ويستخدم Cliprz البيانات المزامَنة لتشغيل متجر التاجر والخدمات التي يفعّلها بنفسه فقط، ولا يبيعها لأي طرف، ولا يستخدمها لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي أو لأي غرض مستقل عن تقديم الخدمة للتاجر، إلا بموافقة منفصلة وصريحة منه.
كيف أوقف المزامنة أو أحذف بياناتي؟
يمكنك إيقاف المزامنة في أي وقت بإلغاء ربط الجهاز من صفحة «الأجهزة الموصولة» في لوحة تحكم متجرك، أو بإلغاء تثبيت الوكيل. ويمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك المزامَنة من Cliprz عبر الخطوات الموضّحة في صفحة حذف البيانات.

Cliprz is a Syrian platform that lets a merchant launch an online store whose products, prices and quantities update automatically from the merchant's accounting software. This page explains, in plain terms, what the Cliprz Sync Agent reads from your data, what it does not read, and how you stay in control. The binding text for all of this is the Sync Agent Agreement.
In short
- The Agent reads product, price and quantity data only. It does not read accounting entries, balances, invoices, or data about customers, suppliers or employees.
- It works with read access only, and does not add, change or delete anything in your accounting software or its database.
- It does not need your accounting software to be running, and does not interact with its license or protection systems.
- Data travels to your store over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) only, and your database login details stay on your computer and are not sent to Cliprz.
- The Agent installs no update until Cliprz's digital signature on it has been verified.

Frequently asked questions
What is the Cliprz Sync Agent?
A Windows program the merchant installs on a computer that can reach the database of their accounting software (SQL Server). It reads product data and sends it to the merchant's store on Cliprz, so the store's prices and quantities stay in line with the accounting software without manual entry.
Which accounting programs are supported?
Currently Al-Bayan and Al-Ameen, plus a manual mode in which the merchant selects the tables and columns themselves. Cliprz is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the companies that develop these programs, and their names are used only to state compatibility.
What data does the Agent read?
In automatic mode: product name, code, barcode, category, unit and brand; sale prices at all their levels; cost prices; available quantities; and the currencies and exchange rates needed to calculate prices. In manual mode: only the tables and columns the merchant selects. Because this mode may allow selecting data outside the scope of product data, the Agent saves the first manual mapping only after the merchant explicitly acknowledges this.
What data does it not read?
In automatic mode, the Agent does not read accounting entries, balances or invoices, nor data about customers, suppliers, employees or users of the accounting software.
Does the Agent change anything in my accounting software or its database?
No. The Agent only runs read queries (SELECT). It does not add, change or delete data, and does not create or modify any table, procedure, function or trigger. It does not modify or decompile the accounting software's files. Its queries are built inside the Agent itself on your computer, and it does not receive any query from Cliprz servers to run against your database.
Does the Agent need my accounting software to be running, or its license?
No. The Agent connects to the database server directly and works even when the accounting software is closed. It does not interact with the software's licensing or protection systems.
How does the Agent connect to the database?
Using the method the merchant chooses: either with the permissions of the Windows account it runs under, or with a SQL Server account whose credentials the merchant enters themselves. The Agent does not extract any password or connection details from the accounting software, its files or its settings.
Does my database password reach Cliprz?
No. Database login details, including the username and password, are not sent to or stored on Cliprz servers. They remain on the merchant's computer, encrypted using the protection mechanisms of Windows.
How does data travel to Cliprz?
Over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) only. From version 2.2.0, the Agent rejects any server address that does not use HTTPS.
What technical information does the Agent send besides product data?
Only what is needed to operate the service: the device name as set by the merchant when linking; a hashed fingerprint of the device that does not include the original values of its components; the Agent version number; a hashed identifier for the data source that does not include the server or database name; the connection and sync status; and the record of the merchant's acceptance of the agreement. The Agent does not send the Windows username, the database server name or the database name.
How does the Agent update?
The Agent periodically checks whether a new version is available through Cliprz's release distribution servers on the GitHub platform, without sending any identifying information about the merchant or their computer. No update is installed until the merchant requests it and Windows approves it. From version 2.3.0, the Agent verifies Cliprz's digital signature on the update before installing it, and rejects any update that is unsigned, has been modified, or is older than the installed version.
Does the Agent upload its logs to Cliprz?
No. The Agent creates technical logs on the merchant's computer about connection status, syncing and errors, and deletes them automatically after 14 days. They do not contain passwords, and the username is masked in login error messages. These logs reach Cliprz only if the merchant shares them with the support team themselves.
Can my store's customers see cost prices?
No. Cost prices are used only inside the merchant's dashboard and are not shown to store customers, unless the merchant chooses them as the basis for the sale price.
When does the Agent start reading data?
Only after the merchant accepts the agreement. The Agent shows the agreement before any connection to the database. On acceptance, it records the agreement version, the time of acceptance and the text fingerprint (SHA-256), and the same record is stored with the device details in the store's account. If the agreement changes in the future, the Agent asks for acceptance again.
Who owns the data?
The merchant. The content of a database belongs to its owner, and the protection granted to databases does not extend to it under Article 2(b)(10) of the Syrian Law on the Protection of Copyright and Related Rights (Legislative Decree No. 62 of 2013). Cliprz uses synced data only to run the merchant's store and the services the merchant chooses to enable. It does not sell the data to anyone, and does not use it to train artificial intelligence models or for any purpose independent of providing the service to the merchant, except with the merchant's separate and explicit consent.
How do I stop syncing or delete my data?
You can stop syncing at any time by unlinking the device from the "Connected devices" page in your store dashboard, or by uninstalling the Agent. You can request deletion of your synced data from Cliprz by following the steps on the data deletion page.
